Magnelis® profiles
on the basis of the National Technical Assessment (KOT)
Magnelis® profiles (vertical and horizontal) are used as grids for installation of facade claddings. These are the steel profiles covered with an innovative metallic coating Magnelis®.
They offer the best alternative for aluminium profiles, in terms of price and quality, by guaranteeing anti-corrosive protection even in the environment with corrosivity category C5.
The offer of Magnelis® profiles covers angle profiles, T-bars, channel sections, hat channels, W1 and corner profiles.
Angle profile M1 Magnelis
M1 profile is an angle profile with dimensions 40x60x1,5*, made from steel covered with an innovative metallic coating Magnelis® with increased durability. It is mostly applied as a vertical profile in indirect supporting of facade cladding panels. It is an alternative to aluminium profiles, more resistant to corrosion. In combination with AGS bracket, it ensures adjustment of ±20 mm.
Angle profile M2 Magnelis
The M1 profile is an angle section with dimensions of 100x60x1.5 *, it is made of steel covered with an innovative metallic Magnelis® coating of increased strength. It is mainly used as a vertical profile at the connection / support of two adjacent facade cladding panels. It is a more corrosion-resistant alternative to aluminum profiles. The angle bracket is also necessary for mounting in the AGS suspension system. It supports the W1 profiles, i.e. hangers with which cladding such as composite panels or PV modules can be hung. In conjunction with the AGS console, it provides an adjustment of ± 20mm.
T-bar Magnelis
T-bar is made from steel covered with an innovative metallic coating Magnelis® with increased durability. It is mostly applied as a vertical profile on connection/support of two neighbouring panels of facade cladding. T-bar is necessary for assembly in hanging system AGS. It is the support for W1 profiles, i.e. hangers, by means of which claddings can be suspended, such as composite panels or PV modules. In combination with AGS bracket, it ensures adjustment of ±20 mm.
Channel section Magnelis
Channel section is made from steel covered with an innovative metallic coating Magnelis® with increased durability. Its standard dimension is 15x60x100x60x15x1,5 – however, there is a possibility of selecting dimensions of profiles according to individual order. Channel section can be used as a vertical or horizontal profile.
Z-section Magnelis
Z-section is made from steel covered with an innovative metallic coating Magnelis® with increased durability. Its standard dimension is 41x22x41x1,5 – however, there is a possibility of selecting dimensions of profiles according to individual order. Z-section can be used as a vertical or horizontal profile.
Hat channel Magnelis
Hat channel is made from steel covered with an innovative metallic coating Magnelis® with increased durability. Its standard dimension is 42x26x50x26x42x1,5 – however, there is a possibility of selecting dimensions of profiles according to individual order. A structural hat channel can be used as a vertical or horizontal profile.
W1 profile Magnelis
W1 profile is made from steel covered with an innovative metallic coating Magnelis® with increased durability. It is a point/piece profile, fastened to the continuous horizontal profile. It can be used to hang facade claddings, e.g. composite panels in a concealed way (i.e. with hangers).
*For production of steel profiles with Magnelis® coating there is a possibility to use sheets with thickness of 1,5 mm and 2,5 mm.
Corner profile Magnelis
Corner profile is made from steel covered with an innovative metallic coating Magnelis® with increased durability. It is aimed for fastening of two neighbouring panels in a corner. Available in the following lengths: 70, 130, 160, 190 mm.
