Stainless steel brackets
Stainless steel brackets manufactured by AGS are characterised with a lower thermal conductivity coefficient than the aluminium brackets. Stainless brackets limit temperature migration into the building walls. Specially designed shape and pre-drilling of brackets allows to obtain a very low thermal conductivity coefficient λ= 4,3W/(m*K), which eliminates occurrence of point thermal bridges.
Stainless Brackets HI+ are offered in the following outreach: from 120 mm to 290 mm (120, 140, 170, 210, 250, 290) and the width of 70, 100, 130, 160, 190 mm. The innovative building connectors do not require application along with pads.
Passive brackets allow to obtain heat transfer coefficient for the external walls on the level below U=0,20w / m2*K, which conforms to the new requirements of the Technical Conditions, in force since the beginning of 2021.
Passive brackets made of stainless steel 1.4301 / 1.4307 / 1.4401 / 1.4407 with a thickness of 2 or 3 mm, substantially limit temperature migration to the inside of the wall.
Stainless brackets are characterised with a low thermal conductivity coefficient λ= 17 W/(m*K), this eliminating point thermal bridges. They allow to obtain heat transfer coefficient for the external walls on the level below U=0,23w / m2*K, which conforms to the regulations of the European Union, in force since 2017.
Stainless Brackets HI are offered in the following outreach: from 120 mm to 290 mm (120,140,170, 210, 250, 290) and the width of 70, 100, 130, 160,190 mm. AGS company also produces brackets with non-standard dimensions, adjusted to the specific design and expectations of the Client. The innovative brackets do not require application along with pads.
