Fixing systems for ventilated facades
Our offer includes mounting systems for various surfaces, such as heavy cladding, clinker facade or ventilated facade. The substructure of the ventilated facade, in the case of standard systems, consists of passive consoles and a grid that allows adjustment at the profile joint, which allows for quick and simple installation even on uneven building surfaces. AGS offers complete mounting systems for ventilated facades, dedicated to all types of external facade cladding.
In the case of structures dedicated to clinker facades and heavy concrete claddings, AGS facade mounting systems consist of stainless or steel consoles covered with Magnelis® coating and all types of accessories necessary for the installation of the facade. Fixing systems for ventilated facades – characteristics
AGS’s offer includes passive consoles made of S320 GD black steel, covered with a Magnelis® metallic coating, and stainless passive consoles made of stainless steel 1.4301 / 1.4307 / 1.4401 / 1.4407. Consoles are available in projections from 120 mm to 290 mm and in widths of 70, 100, 130, 160, 190 mm. AGS also produces consoles with non-standard dimensions, tailored to a specific project and customer expectations.
The substructure grid elements for ventilated facades are made of: extruded aluminum alloy EN AW 6063 / EN AW 6060 / EN AW 6005 or profiled elements made of S320 GD black steel, covered with a Magnelis® metallic coating.
Passive solutions, made using an innovative metallic coating, guarantee protection in even the most aggressive environmental conditions up to corrosion class C5, which translates into increased durability of facade fastening systems.
The selection of the façade panel mounting system depends on, among others, from:
the type of material the walls are made of,
type and thickness of insulation,
type of cladding,
cladding fastening,
wind and corrosion zone.
