Aluminium profiles
Aluminium profiles (vertical and horizontal) are used as grids for installation of facade claddings.
The offer of aluminium profiles includes angle profiles, T-bars and profiles: A, F, U and Z.
An alternative for aluminium profiles are the Magnelis® profiles manufactured by AGS, very advantageous in terms of price and resistant to atmospheric conditions. The profiles covered with a metallic coating are characterised with anti-corrosive protection of elements, even in the environment with corrosivity category C5.
Angle profile K1
Angle profile K1, i.e. a profile with dimensions 40x60x2, is made from aluminium. It is mostly applied as a vertical profile in indirect supporting of facade cladding panels. On the flange with a width of 40 mm it is riffled – in case of concealed assembly of cladding, better adhesion of glue to profiles is ensured. In combination with AGS bracket, it ensures adjustment of ±20 mm.
T-bar T1
T-bar T1, i.e. a T-bar with dimensions 100x60x2, is made from aluminium. It is mostly applied as a vertical profile on connection/support of two neighbouring panels of facade cladding. On the flange with a width of 100 mm it is riffled – in case of concealed assembly of cladding, better adhesion of glue to profiles is ensured. T-bar is necessary for assembly in hanging system AGS. It is the support for W1 profiles, i.e. hangers, by means of which claddings can be suspended, such as composite panels or PV modules. In combination with AGS bracket, it ensures adjustment of ±20 mm.

A profile
A-profile, the so called ‘safety pin’, is made from aluminium. It is applied as a horizontal profile. It is mostly used for suspension of panels in a concealed system. Continuous profile is a starting profile, fastened mechanically to vertical profiles T1/K1. A point profile is fastened to cladding.

UFZ profiles – a system adapted to the assembly of composite panels such as alucobond, stacbond, etc.
F profile
Pressed aluminium profile applied for horizontal assembly of composite claddings (“bond”) in the form of cassettes. F profile is a starting profile in assembly of composite panels.
U profile
Pressed aluminium profile applied for horizontal assembly of composite claddings (“bond”) in the form of cassettes. U profile can be combined with F or Z profile.
Z profile
Pressed aluminium profile applied for horizontal assembly of composite claddings (“bond”) in the form of cassettes. Z profile is applied in the place of connection of composite panels.
We manufacture aluminium profiles and Magnelis® profiles according to individual orders, both for vertical assembly, and horizontal assembly. Profiles can be bent to form angle profiles, channel sections, hat channels, and other shapes, with dimensions set individually.
